Payment

SmartPay provides eftpos solutions from our banking partner(s). Payment, tipping, credit, debit, charge card, end of day settlement, multi-merchant, multi terminal, security, encryption, EMV, and 3-DES are all supported.

 

Installation

SmartPay manages the installation and training of its products through its partners and dealers. Installation includes; training, documentation and updates Australia-wide.

Support

Every SmartPay terminal is supported by a local partner and backed up by both SmartPay and our national partner network. Support includes; installation, fault diagnostics, post sales phone assistance, on-site service and swap-out product replacement.

Remote Upgrade

SmartPay products are supported by a world-class terminal management system that allows us to modify and upgrade our products remotely.
